Try this easy white chocolate mouse and raspberry jelly dessert we have have recently made. It's extremely easy to make and perfect for beginners. Makes 12 mini dishes.
1 x pack of Raspberry aeroplane jelly
1 x Cup of whipping cream
1 x Cup of chopped white chocolate
250g of Philadelphia cream cheese
2 x Tablespoons of icing sugar
1 x Teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 x punnet of raspberries to garnish
Prepare the jelly as per the packet instructions and pour evenly into our Tall Square Mini Dishes Pack of 12
Allow the jelly to set in the fridge for approximately 4 hours - the next day is even better.
Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks and set aside.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave on 30 second intervals and mixing in between until the chocolate is completely melted.
Place the cream cheese and vanilla essence into a large mixing bowl and whip until the ingredients are mixed. Pour the melted chocolate into this bowl and mix and then fold the whipped cream in gently.
Pour the mousse into the mini dishes on top of the jelly and either serve immediately or place in the fridge to get a more solid consistency. Garnish with a fresh raspberry.
