1. Order Placement:
1.1 By utilizing the Discount Party Warehouse (DPW) Click and Collect Service, customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
1.2 Orders can be placed through the official Discount Party Warehouse website (discountpartywarehouse.com.au).
2. Pickup Location:
2.1 The designated pickup location for Click and Collect orders is Lidcombe Shopping Centre, Shop M4, 92 Parramatta Rd, Lidcombe NSW 2141.
3. Order Processing:
3.1 Orders will typically be ready for pickup within 48 hours (business days) from the time of order placement.
3.2 Any orders submitted after 5 PM on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
3.3 Customers will receive a notification via SMS or email from the DPW team once their order is ready for pickup.
4. Collection Process:
4.1 Customers are required to present a valid order confirmation and a form of identification upon collection
4.2 If someone other than the person who placed the order is collecting on their behalf, the collector must provide a copy of the order confirmation and a written authorization (email) from the original purchaser.
5. Cancellation and Refunds:
5.1 Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of order placement by contacting sales@discountpartywarehouse.com.au.
5.2 Refunds will be processed in accordance with DPW's standard refund policy.
6. Responsibility for Items:
6.1 Once the order has been handed over to the customer or their authorized representative, DPW is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the items.
