Instructions: 1. Blow up the balloons of varying sizes
2. Unroll the plastic balloon tape and leave about 15cm of balloon tape free at each end
3. Pull balloon knots through the tape in alternating colours
4. When completed, hang the balloon tape or string (not included). Balloon placement can be adjusted to achieve preferred arch shape
