The Discount Party Warehouse 14 Day Money Back Guarantee protects all purchases made from our website, not including costumes and wigs.
- The 14 Day Money Back Guarantee period will commence from the date that the customer receives their product. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Where a product is within the 14-day period and a refund is requested, Discount Party Warehouse will refund the original product purchase price. The following fees and/or charges will not be reimbursed:
- Delivery charges from Discount Party Warehouse
- Cost to return the product to Discount Party Warehouse
- Orders cancelled after the goods have been dispatched will be treated as per the terms of our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee.
- Returned goods must be in their original packaging with all accessories, and be in original condition. If returned goods are not fit for resale, you will be issued with a store credit in lieu of a cash refund.
- Where an item is found to be faulty, Discount Party Warehouse will provide a replacement along with the necessary service and support.
- Where the customer elects to receive a refund instead of a replacement, the reimbursed amount will be as outlined in Section 2.
- Discount Party Warehouse reserves the rights to make changes to these terms and conditions without notice.
- Return policy excludes costumes and wigs due to health regulations.
