* Our freight rates are based on items below 3 Kg per shipments and length of the package less than 1mtr. If any of this exceed we will call you for freight charges.
All items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of payment and will be conveniently delivered to your home or office. Deliveries take place Monday - Friday during normal business hours.
Our couriers offer a door-to-door service, so please ensure that there will be someone available at the nominated delivery address to sign for your items and receive the delivery.
If you cannot be available to accept your delivery, you may leave delivery instructions while ordering as ‘Authority to Leave’ the goods unattended, this will, however void your warranty and neither Discount Party Warehouse nor our courier can be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your item.
Shipping costs include full insurance for products that are lost or damaged.
We use carriers that are both convenient and cost-effective, including Australia Post, Toll and other select courier services.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
