Look directly at the lens and place the lens gently on your cornea. (coloured circle of the eye)
Slowly release your eyelids and close your eyes..
Roll your eyes slowly to get rid of any air bubbles.
*DO NOT RUB YOUR EYES WITH THE LENSES ON
Removing the lenses with fingertips:
Look up and hold the lower lid with your finger
Use your fingertip to slide the lens to the lower part of your eye
Pinch the lens with your fingers and gently remove it.
