This DIY kit is Easy to assemble - 1. Blow up balloons at varying sizes
2. Unroll the plastic balloon tape and leave about 5cm at each end
3. Pull balloon knots through the tape in alternating colours & sizes
4. When completed, place on your table and secure the ends with tape orsomethin heavy. Adjust the balloons to refine the shape
5. Spread out confetti as desired around the tablerunner
