Like little clouds of balloons this delicate balloon garland is ideal for a wedding or baby shower to hang above a candy buffet or around the letter box to let people know where the party is at.
This small balloon garland kit includes 12cm and 28cm white latex balloons, fishing line and instructions on how to make the garland. Once completed the garland will be approximately 1.5m in length.
All balloons are delivered uninflated and we do recommend you use a balloon pump to save time on inflating.
