How to inflate:
1. Place balloon on hard, flat surface.
2. With palm of hand, press hard on balloon in order to break and activate inflation packet inside.
3. After the balloon has slowly inflated, place the hole in the base of the balloon over the 'peg' inside plastic bow.
4. Fold over the other side of plastic bow and press to lock in place.
