  1. Is Discount Party Warehouse Store Still Open?

Discount Party Warehouse Store is currently open and trading as per usual trading hours.

We are processing click and collect orders Monday to Saturday (9am to 5pm) during this time. Please allow 24 hours before collecting. An SMS will be sent to you when your order is ready to collect.

         2. Can I Order Party Supplies Online? 

Yes, Discount Party Warehouse’s entire range and specials are available online. Orders can be placed for delivery to your home or office or Click and Collect in store.

To ensure you receive your order in time for your party we estimate the following delivery lead times:

  • Sydney - Approximately 7-10 business days 
  • Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide - Approximately 5-10 business days 
  • Perth - Approximately 7-10 business days

Please allow up to 12 business days for rural deliveries.

We are currently experiencing significant delays with Australia Post for Sydney deliveries due to Covid restrictions and the huge volume of our orders going to the Sydney area. If you require your order urgently please call us on 96472151 and we can arrange a private courier as an overnight service for an additional fee.


  1. If my party has been cancelled, can I postpone or cancel my balloon inflation order?

Yes, Discount Party Warehouse can postpone your inflation balloon order to a later date. If the party has been completely cancelled, we will refund your payment in full. 

Please note we are taking phone orders for inflated balloons at this time for curbside pick up Mondays thru to Saturdays. Please note 24 hours notice required.

2. Speak to one of our Balloon team members to place your order

3. Pay for you order over the phone prior to collection

4. Call us when you have arrived out the front of our store and we will bring the balloons out to your car

  1. I have purchased some party supplies; however, my party has been cancelled, can I have a refund?

Yes, please bring the items as well as the original receipt.  Items will be checked against the receipt and if everything is in order Discount Party Warehouse will proceed with the refund.

  1. Click and collect: Discount Party Warehouse’s online team is working.

For your convenience, we offer a click and collect option so you can pick up from our famous Lidcombe Party Store. Please be aware of the following:

  • Due to the high demand of this service, we can now offer a 24 business hours window for your order to be ready. Monday to Saturday only
  • An SMS notification will be sent when your order is ready for collection.
  • Photo ID will be required at pick up.
  • Ensure you have your order collection notification (on your phone is fine) and a photo ID when collecting your order.
  • Please call us on 96472151 when you are outside our store to collect.
  • Collect your order from the Service Counter in store located at the front of the store.
  • Family and friends can collect your order on your behalf, provided they have:
    • A copy of the order collection notification
    • A screenshot of your photo ID with your current address as per your order.
    • Photo ID
