ENTERTAINING WITH MINI TASTING DISHES

Modifying the dishes and the way the food is presented can add a whole new spin on the old classics. Here are a couple of quick and easy food ideas to make your finger food party a smash hit.
Using an array of mini dishes allows your guests to have a wide choice of food without having to make large batches of food. - 180g white chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup thickened cream
- 1 teaspoon coconut essence
- 3 eggs, separated
- Microwave chocolate and cream in bowl for 1-2 minutes, Stirring halfway. Stir in essence and let cool for 5 minutes
- Stir in egg yolks until just combined into chocolate mixture
- Beat egg whites with electric blender until stiff peaks form
- Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture
- Spoon mixture into Square Mini cups and refrigerate for 3 hours
- Top with any fruit or sprinkle topping you like
