4 x 12cm Plain Coloured Balloons
2 x 12cm Clear Balloons Filled with Blue & Green Confetti
6 x Stripes and Solid Colour Straws
1 x Stand of String
1 x Strip of Ribbon
Instructions:
1. Rub confetti-filled balloons to create static
2. Inflate all balloons with air
3. Tie a length of string under the knot of the balloon thread through straw and pull gently until the balloon knot lodges in straw
4. Trim excess string
5. Tie the ribbon at top of the straw
